Euronext Securities has announced that its four central securities depositories (CSDs) have achieved full Central Securities Depository Regulation (CSDR) compliance.
The last licence to operate under the CSDR was granted to Euronext Securities Oslo by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority on 28 January 2022, and will take effect as of 1 March 2022.
The licence secures Euronext Securities鈥� ability to provide a stable and efficient market infrastructure for the Norwegian capital market.
Euronext Securities Copenhagen, Milan, and Porto also hold licences under CSDR, paving the way for Euronext鈥檚 strategy to pan-Europeanise and scale up Euronext Securities.
