Deutsche Bank has appointed Cassandra von Sprecher as global head of agency securities lending sales.
Based in London, she will assume leadership of the global sales team, covering securities lending, cash investment, and principal solutions business.
Von Sprecher will report to Zorawar Singh, global head of agency securities lending and head of Corporate Bank Middle East.
She brings over a decade of experience to her new role, having moved from State Street, where she worked across US and EMEA in business development, trading, and product development roles.
As EMEA head of Financing Solutions sales and client management at State Street, von Sprecher was responsible for the agency securities lending, prime brokerage, and repo financing business.
