Simcorp hires Watson

Simcorp, a Denmark headquartered provider of multi-asset investment management software, has appointed Emma Watson as senior principal sales manager.
Based in London, she will report to Oliver Neumann, vice president of Global Commercial.
Watson brings almost 30 years of industry experience to her new role, where she will cover collateral management and securities finance.
She joins the firm from capital markets consultancy Tonic, where she was a director during her more than two years with the company.
For 17 years of her career, she took on numerous positions within J.P. Morgan. Most recently, she took on the role of executive director and markets post-trade transformation programme manager.
In this role, she was responsible for the end-to-end management of business analysis, execution of transformational change management initiatives, and operating model design.
She also spent some time at Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), where she was collateral business development and product manager.
Earlier in her career, she was an asset servicing analyst and supervisor at Credit Suisse and new business analyst at Chase Manhattan.
