GCEX selects Gillespie

Crypto prime broker GCEX Group has chosen Kevin Gillespie to steer sales and business development for the UK and EMEA and region.
In this newly created position, he will report to GCEX鈥檚 CEO, Lars Holst.
Gillespie brings a background of 35 years in the sector, initially working as a FX trader before switching to sales and business development.
He was previously based at Laser Digital from GCEX, a Nomura Group Company, where he worked on digital and FX sales to institutional clients.
Gillespie has worked across senior institutional sales and business development positions at Menai Markets, Spotex, CobaltFX, Hotspot, and IFX Markets.
In this new role he will be responsible for expanding growth for GCEX鈥檚 FX, contract for difference, and crypto offering across brokers, hedge funds, asset managers and professional traders.
