02 September 2025 Singapore

Marex has appointed Leah Teo to its expanding global capital introduction team, marking the first team member to be based in Singapore.
In the newly created role, Teo will work closely with colleagues in Hong Kong to focus on the APAC region.
According to the firm, the appointment comes at a time of increased demand for Marex鈥檚 capital introduction services 鈥 a key solution within the firm鈥檚 prime services offering.
Further, it reflects strong regional momentum in Asia, as Marex continues to expand its client base of banks, hedge funds, investment managers, and family offices.

Marex鈥檚 global capital introduction team has representatives in the US, UK, Asia, and the Middle East, and provides access to institutional allocators worldwide.
The team specialises in connecting with the right investors across a spectrum of alternative investment strategies, driving capital accessibility, and expanding the investment horizons for institutional clients.
