Confluence Technologies appoints Rozanski to CFO

Confluence Technologies has appointed Kevin Rozanski as chief financial officer.
Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Rozanski will report directly to CEO Mark Evans, and will be responsible for shaping and executing the company鈥檚 financial strategy.
In addition, he will oversee financial operations and partner with the leadership team to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
Rozanski brings extensive experience in financial leadership across enterprise software and private equity-backed firms.
He most recently served as chief financial officer at Prometheus Group, an enterprise asset management software company, where he played a pivotal role in guiding the company through its sale from Genstar to Advent International and Leonard Green & Partners.
Prior to Prometheus Group, Rozanski served as chief financial officer of Silverline, during which he advised the leadership team on financial reporting, audit and compliance, treasury, tax, and broader strategic planning and corporate financing.
