Charlie Badran, Head of AXA Financing within the Trading, Securities Financing and derivatives department (TSF-D) has been for more than 18 years at BNPP Asset Management (ex AXA-IM). Charlie is in charge of the Repo and financing activity globally.

Prior to joining AXA IM, Charlie worked in London at Bloomberg as a trading system sales covering both France and the Middle East. Before that, he worked in a French investment bank as a Repo and Bond trader in Paris and Luxembourg.

Furthermore, Charlie Badran seats on the governing board of the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) European Repo and Collateral Council (ERCC).

Richard Colvil is a senior regulatory reporting and transformation leader with more than 30 years of experience spanning securities finance, transaction reporting, post-trade data and operating model design. He has led complex MiFIR, EMIR and SFTR implementations, shaped industry best practice through ISLA, and engaged directly with ESMA and the FCA. His expertise combines regulatory interpretation, data architecture, controls, reconciliation and large-scale delivery across complex financial markets environments and transformation programmes.

He brings a rare combination of policy insight, technical depth and practical implementation experience, helping firms translate complex regulatory obligations into scalable, defensible reporting frameworks and stronger data governance.

As Head of Digital at Tonic, Steven Czarnota supports clients on their journey to digital transformation, helping define and implement solutions across Digital Assets, DLT, and AI.

He has extensive experience leading Capital Markets transformation initiatives, from initial strategy definition through to solution design and implementation. Most recently, this has included supporting custodians and market infrastructure providers in developing their digital collateral operating models.

With a background spanning Digital, Collateral, and Post-Trade domains, Steven is skilled at bridging the gap between traditional finance and the emerging digital ecosystem.

Wassel Dammak is Strategic Account Director, Capital Markets 鈥� Europe & UK at Vermeg where he is responsible for bridging collateral management business and technology to help financial firms transform their legacy IT stack into a service based and componentized architecture and thus reaching a 鈥榖y-nature鈥� transformative model of strategic readiness to market opportunities and threats.

Previously, he held multiple positions in the fintech industry focusing on product management, Go to Market strategy and revenues generation at world class leading fintech companies serving globally the capital markets.

Ann Marie joined J.P. Morgan in 2025 following nearly two decades at Citi, and specialises in securities finance programme strategy, optimisation, and risk-adjusted performance.

Her clients have included sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and asset managers across global markets and programme structures.

Through close engagement with beneficial owners, Ann Marie brings a client perspective to the changing securities finance landscape, connecting market developments with investment priorities.

Ernst Dolce is the CEO and co-founder of Banqora, with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He has a proven track record of generating revenue across a 鈧�300 billion securities financing portfolio and developing innovative solutions for banks, insurers, pension funds, hedge funds, and asset managers.

Before founding Banqora, Ernst led AXA IM鈥檚 Liquidity Solutions business and trading activities in repo and securities lending (2019鈥�2022). He previously held senior roles at AXA IM, including Head of Structuring and Solutions Development (2016鈥�2019), Senior Structurer (2013鈥�2015), and Senior Investment Risk Manager (2006鈥�2013). Earlier in his career, he was a Quantitative Analyst at CDC IXIS AM and QuantElligence.

Her recent work has focused on preparing the securities finance solution for physical and synthetics to the new market demands by enhancing the whole value chain front to back to risk for high-volume Straight-through Processing offering and continuously focusing on regulations. Sabine holds a master鈥檚 degree in management of Financial Institutions from Universit茅 Paris Dauphine.

Remy Ferraretto joined CACEIS in 2020 and was appointed Head of Securities 麻豆影视传媒 Sales at the end of 2024.

He started his career in Paris in the early 2000s at IXIS Capital Markets, before moving to Natixis Asset Management and then Dexia Asset Management, which later became Candriam.

Remy has built solid experience across financial markets operations and Securities 麻豆影视传媒, initially focusing on operational management for OTC derivatives before moving to Securities 麻豆影视传媒 trading activities. He was appointed Head of the Securities 麻豆影视传媒 desk in 2018, before joining CACEIS.

Gabriele has over 25 years鈥� experience in market infrastructure for fixed income and collateral management, a significant amount of which he has spent brilliantly moderating panels and chairing conferences all over the universe and beyond much to the annoyance and envy of Bill Foley.

Gabriele has extensive repo and securities lending experience, having previously worked at Mts/LSEG, Euroclear and Eurex. When he started Godfried de Vidts and Richard Comotto were children. He currently is Head of European Expansion for BondCliq, the central market system for the corporate bond market, which recently opened its capital to LSEG/Refinitiv, Aflac Ventures, SEI庐锔�, Vanguard and Jane Street.

Simon Heath is Chief Strategy Officer at EquiLend where he leads the strategic growth agenda and serves as a member of the firm's executive leadership team.

Simon was previously at J.P. Morgan, where he spent eight years as Managing Director, most recently serving as Global Head of Agency Securities 麻豆影视传媒. Prior to that, he held senior roles at State Street, Citi, and Deutsche Bank, building deep expertise in securities finance, client strategy, and market structure across a career spanning more than 25 years.

Susan Heinrich is a regulatory operations leader with nearly 26 years in investment banking, currently EMEA Head Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting at Macquarie Bank. Approved as SMF22 (Chief Operations Function) by the FCA in December 2025, with personal accountability for transaction and post-trade reporting under EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, REMIT and BOI, and I lead a distributed team of around 45 across London, India and the Philippines.

Tony joined ISLA in September 2023 as Director of Market Practice.

Based in London, and working closely with a cross-section of industry stakeholders, Tony is focused on supporting the continuous alignment and further development of ISLA Best Practices. This considers, amongst other things, aspects such as legal frameworks and constructs, digital and technology, market operating models, peer associations鈥� standards, as well as regulatory impacts (including T+1).

Jennifer Keser is Head of Market Structure & Regulation, EMEA & APAC at Tradeweb. Since joining the firm in 2016, she has taken the lead on financial regulatory affairs efforts in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions, focused on the fixed income and derivatives markets.

In her role, Jenn advises Tradeweb on the regulatory trajectory affecting the industry, and also proactively identifies commercial opportunities, business risk and operational requirements associated with regulatory reform and their impact on market structure. She regularly meets with buy-side clients, liquidity providers, policymakers and regulators, to communicate the firm鈥檚 approach in these areas.

Jenn is a member of ESMA鈥檚 Secondary Markets Working Group (SMWG), whose mandate is to work on structure, transparency and efficiency of secondary markets for financial instruments, and also to develop technical standards and guidelines, preparing advice to the European Commission in relation to MiFID. She is also a member of the FCA鈥檚 Secondary Markets Advisory Committee, and has served as chair of EDMA Europe (Electronic Debt Markets Association Europe).

Prior to joining Tradeweb, Jenn worked in government affairs and public policy at Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs. She holds a bi-lingual double Masters in International Affairs from the London School of Economics and Sciences Po Paris, and completed her B.A. in political science at Wellesley College.

Pierre Khemdoudi is the co-founder and CEO of Gentek.ai, an innovative Agentic AI Workflow solution focus on regulatory compliance and post trade automation.

With over 20 years of experience in capital markets and technology across North America, Europe, and Asia, Pierre has a deep expertise in building industry-leading solutions. Previously, he led the creation of the global regulatory reporting suite at S&P Global, including the industry-standard SFTR product, and oversaw key acquisitions like Catena and Cappitech. Before S&P, Pierre drove product innovation in equity and regulatory businesses at IHS Markit, delivering tailored solutions to the investment management community. His journey began in aerospace engineering in North America, followed by senior roles at BNP Paribas across major financial hubs.

Mike Lambert is the Product Director for Securities Lending within the 鈥淪ecurities 麻豆影视传媒 & Collateral Management鈥� business unit at Broadridge Financial Solutions and has been with Broadridge for 19 years. Mike is responsible for defining the Securities Lending strategy and product roadmap within SFCM.

Mike started his career in Investment Banking and has had time at Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers. It was at Lehman Brothers that Mike made the transition from Operations to IT, on a milestone project to implement a Securities Lending system. Since then Mike has worked on numerous Securities Lending system upgrades and implementations.

Gabi Mantle is Global Head of Solutions Engineering at EquiLend, leading the firm's global pre-sales function and designing bespoke solutions across its full product suite. She works closely with clients throughout the sales cycle, from product demonstrations and RFP responses to solution design.

With 25 years in securities finance, including senior post-trade roles at EquiLend, Deutsche Bank, UBS and Bank of America, Gabi is one of the industry's foremost voices on securities lending operations. She's been at the heart of the T+1 transition, working across North American, EU and UK industry groups, and is a regular speaker at ISLA's Post-Trade Conference, Finadium Rates & Repo and the Securities 麻豆影视传媒 Times Symposium.

Matthew (Matt) Neville is the Head of Agency Lending Trading for EMEA at State Street. Matt is responsible for global clients across equities and fixed income products and has over 20 years securities finance experience spanning both agency and principal trading, sales, collateral management and funding optimisation.

Matt is Vice Chair of the board of ISLA (International Securities Lending Association) and sits on the Bank of England Securities Lending and Repo Committee.

He is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

He has held positions at Merrill Lynch, HSBC, Gartmore and UBS Global Asset Management, where he spent 5 years as Head of Securities Lending and 3 years as Head of Corporate Governance.

Previously, Neelan built his credentials as Product Manager for Fixed Income & Repo at Pirum Systems (2017鈥�2023), developing market-leading capabilities for collateral and risk management. His earlier tenure at Commerzbank AG (2009鈥�2015) culminated in his role as Assistant Vice President covering short鈥憈erm interest rates and repo operations. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Cassie spent more than a decade at State Street in progressively senior leadership roles across North America and EMEA. Most recently, she served as Managing Director and EMEA Head of Financing Solutions Sales and Client Management, where she led multi鈥慶ountry teams across Agency Lending, Prime Brokerage, and Repo. She also played a key role in establishing State Street鈥檚 international repo desk and oversaw the launch of the firm鈥檚 triparty and collateral management solutions sales teams. Cassie began her career in analytics and trading, developing capital optimization strategies for State Street鈥檚 balance sheet.

Olivier Zemb joined CACEIS in 2019 as Head of Equity 麻豆影视传媒 & Collateral Trading in Luxembourg. He started his career in Paris at Fortis Investment Management as a Securities 麻豆影视传媒 Trader. He has over 16 years of experience in the Securities 麻豆影视传媒 industry with almost 10 years at BNP Paribas Securities Services in London where he was Head of Global Trading Strategies for the Agency Lending department.
