Euronext completes acquisition of Oslo B酶rs VPS

Euronext has completed its acquisition of Oslo B酶rs VPS following its unconditional offer made on 31 May 2019.
The pan-European exchange is now the owner of 97.8 percent of the total issued and outstanding share capital of Oslo B酶rs.
Euronext is expected to begin a compulsory acquisition procedure to adopt any remaining shares.
